In 1992, after years of serving as Regional Manager for a well established business and Head Stylist for a well known hair replacement company, Terry founded Hair By The Bay .
She recognized the need for a company in a centralized location which would provide clients with honest, efficient, quality service and innovative solutions for the vast array of hair replacement problems.
